Participants sought for Edible Classroom garden camps at Central Manor, Conestoga

The Edible Classroom has a few openings in its Summer Garden Camp series, which is open to all Penn Manor students entering first through sixth grades in the fall: June 27-July 1 at Conestoga Elementary; July 18-22 at Central Manor Elementary; and August 1-5 at Conestoga. Edible Classroom offers free gardening program at Conestoga 

The Edible Classroom is hosting a free event for families from 6 to 7:30 p.m. July 15 at the Conestoga Elementary School community gardens. Participants will learn about vegetables and herbs and enjoy healthy snacks made with garden produce. Check the Edible Classroom Facebook page for possible updates/weather cancellations.

MU hosting ARTS SMARTS camps for K-5 this summer

Millersville University is hosting ARTS SMARTS Camps for children entering kindergarten through grade 2 and grades 3-5 at the Ware Center in Lancaster. Morning and afternoon sessions will be offered the weeks of June 13 and 20 in music, theatre and visual arts. Financial aid is available. Learn more: ARTS SMARTS CAMPS 2022

Junior High cross country practice sessions to be held this summer

Voluntary, pre-season cross-country practice sessions for students entering grades 7 to 9 will be offered in mid-July at Manor Middle School. More information: Jr. High Cross Country Information

PM Youth Field Hockey Club accepting registrations for 2022

Girls’ Volleyball Youth Skills Camp to be held June 6-9
