Comet Classic program available to all seniors

Any Penn Manor School District resident age 60 or older can apply for a Comet Classic Card. All cardholders are entitled to free admission to Penn Manor regular-season home athletic events and to select high school plays and musical productions.

To apply for a Comet Classic card, please visit the district office at Penn Manor High School with a driver’s license to prove your age and residency in Penn Manor School District. Call (717) 872-9500 to find out if your application can be processed while you wait.  

You may also send a copy of your license to the district office in an envelope marked “Comet Classic,” P.O. Box 1001, Millersville PA 17551. Please specify if you want your card(s) sent to your home address.

Free admission to Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein dress rehearsal on November 21

Comet Classic cardholders are invited to a free performance of “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, November 21, in the Penn Manor High School Auditorium.

This full-length rehearsal is free and open to cardholders and Penn Manor School District staff members. Reservations are not required, but you must show your Comet Classic card and pick up tickets at the box office before entering the auditorium. The box office will open at 6 p.m.

Public performances of “Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein” will be held at  7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, November 22 and 23. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and are available for purchase online.
