Principals and Supervisors

Penn Manor High School Principal

Doug Eby is principal of Penn Manor High School. He previously served as assistant high school principal since 2009. Prior to that, Doug was a middle school social studies teacher in Penn Manor. He received his master’s degree in leadership for teaching and learning and his principal’s certificate from Millersville University. Doug also received his bachelor’s degree in secondary education from MU.

Manor Middle School Principal

Dr. Dana Edwards is the Principal of Manor Middle School. He joined Penn Manor School District in August 2002 as assistant principal of Manor Middle School. Dana served as a health and physical education teacher and an athletic trainer for Pequea Valley School District from 1993-2002. He earned two bachelor’s degrees from Lock Haven University, a master’s in education from Millersville University, an administration certificate from Penn State University and a doctoral degree in educational administration from Immaculata College.

Assistant Principal: Jerrell Birch

Marticville Middle School Principal

Baron Jones is the Principal of Marticville Middle School. He previously served since 2019 as principal of Penn Manor High School. Prior to that, Baron was principal of Conestoga Valley Middle School and an assistant principal at Spring Grove Area High School. He also taught secondary social studies for the School District of Lancaster. Baron received his master’s degree in Educational Leadership/Principalship from Widener University’s Graduate School of Education and his teacher certification from Millersville University in 2005.

Ann LeTort Principal

Kelli Eachus is the interim principal of Letort Elementary. She joined the Penn Manor staff in  August 2022 as assistant principal at Hambright Elementary. Kelli formerly was a reading specialist for Manheim Township School District and served as acting assistant principal at Nitrauer and Reidenbaugh Elementary Schools. She earned her elementary education degree from Shippensburg University, her master’s degree from Millersville University, and her principal certification from Cabrini College.

Central Manor Principal

Dr. Carly McPherson is the principal of Central Manor Elementary. She previously was principal of LeTort Elementary and served as principal at Martic Elementary and dean of students and academic support teacher at Marticville Middle School. Carly has taught fourth and fifth grade for the district and served as academic support teacher for Pequea Elementary. Carly earned her bachelor’s degree in child development from the University of Pittsburgh, her master’s from Millersville University and her educational administration degree from Penn State University.

Assistant Principal: Lisa Suydam

Conestoga Principal

Dr. Scott Keddie is the principal of Conestoga Elementary. He previously served as assistant principal at Manor Middle School and was acting principal at Pequea Elementary School and Marticville Middle School. Dr. Keddie was a social studies teacher at Manor Middle from 2003 to 2006. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Millersville University, his principal certification from Penn State University, and his doctorate from Immaculata University.

Hambright Principal

Eric Howe is the principal of Hambright Elementary. He previously was an assistant principal at Penn Manor High School. Eric earned his Bachelor’s degree in social studies from Millersville University, his master’s degree in teaching and curriculum from Penn State University and his principal certification from Alvernia University. He joined the Penn Manor team in 2002 as a high school social studies teacher. Prior to becoming an educator, he served in the United States Marine Corps.

Interim Dean of Students: Patty Detter

Martic Principal

Dr. Jennifer Sugra is the principal of Martic Elementary School. From 1994 to 2000 Jen was a fifth-grade teacher in the district. She earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bloomsburg University, her master’s from Millersville University and her educational administration degree from Penn State University. Jen is a 1989 Penn Manor graduate.

Pequea Principal

Dr. Shirley Murray is the principal of Pequea Elementary School. Dr. Murray received her bachelor’s degree in special education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, her master’s degree in education leadership and her doctorate through Millersville University. In 2001, Dr. Murray began her career as a special education teacher for Lancaster-Lebanon IU13. She later became a special education consultant for the School District of Lancaster. Prior to arriving at Penn Manor, she was an assistant principal in Manheim Central School District. Dr. Murray also served as principal at Ann LeTort Elementary School from August 2009 to December 2012.

Eshleman Principal

Dr. Melissa Mealy is principal of Eshleman Elementary School. She served as assistant principal of Hambright Elementary School from 2018 to 2022 and previously was Penn Manor’s K-12 English language arts supervisor. Melissa began her career at Penn Manor in 2006 as a high school English teacher. She received her bachelor’s degree in secondary English education and her master’s in educational leadership from Millersville University. Melissa earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership from Immaculata University in 2016.

Curriculum Supervisors

Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction

Dorina Andes is the Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to this role she served at Penn Manor High School as an Assistant Principal for 10 years and math teacher for 10 years. She also spent 8 years teaching math outside of Penn Manor. Mrs. Andes earned her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, as well as her master’s degree, Supervision of Curriculum and Instruction and Principal Certification from Millersville University.

K-12 Language Arts Supervisor

Lindsay Feger is the K-12 language arts supervisor for the district.

K-12 Math Supervisor

Kathy Grenier is the K-12 math supervisor for the district. She served as a high school math teacher for 21 years prior to her role as math supervisor in 2013. Mrs. Grenier earned her bachelor’s degree in secondary education mathematics from Temple University, her master’s of education from Millersville University and her supervisory certificate from Millersville University.
