Built in the 1950s and partially renovated beginning in 1994, Penn Manor High School is experiencing deterioration and major component failures that must be addressed to adequately meet current and future educational needs.
Penn Manor school board voted in June 2016 to pursue an on-site renovation and construction project (Option 3) at a projected cost of $87 million. Officials are now working with the district’s architect, Crabtree, Rohrbaugh & Associates, to develop plans for the project. Construction is expected to begin in July 2019.
