Several Marticville Middle School students were honored during an awards ceremony at Penn Cinema on Thursday, April 9 for their video in the “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing” competition.
Marticville students earned the Pathfinder Award, one of only five honors presented in a regional competition featuring 12 other South Central Pennsylvania schools in the east region.
Their winning video highlighted manufacturing as a strong and viable career path, aligning with Stryten Energy’s focus on careers in engineering, production, and related fields.
Guided by their teacher coach, the project showcased students’ creativity, teamwork, and ability to connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities.
Congratulations to Mr. Jones and the following students on this outstanding achievement: Emma Ascosi, Michaela Burnette, Lillian Corcoran, Declan Fry, Clara Houseknecht, Parker Katerman, Natalie Kim, Gabriella Krause, and Luke Railing. We are so proud of your hard work!
