Five PM students qualify for District 7 Chorus

Five Penn Manor High School students have earned a spot in the District 7 Chorus Festival in January, based on their performances on Saturday, October 25.

The students were selected based on their score and overall ranking, with two students ranking within the top 10 of their voice part.

The audition day included students from 70 public and private schools from eight different counties — Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry and York.

The following Penn Manor students were selected:

Alto 1 – Kenedi Phelan

Tenor 1 – Noah Tuel, who was ranked 10th on his voice part.

Tenor 2 – Rayn Andreychek

Bass 1 – Aiden Whitfield and Matthew Palmeri, who was ranked 1st on his voice part.

The five students will represent Penn Manor at the PMEA District 7 Chorus Festival, which will be held on January 9-10, 2026, at Boiling Springs High School The PM students will continue climbing the ladder of re-auditions for Regional Chorus during the festival.

Additionally, Eliza Myer ranked third on piano. This qualified her as the piano accompanist for the LLMEA County Chorus Festival taking place on January 3, 2026 at Hempfield High School.
