Link Crew makes incoming 9th-graders feel at home

Penn Manor High School students and staff today welcomed nearly 400 new students to the school to participate in Link Crew orientation activities.

The incoming ninth-graders and transfer students were linked with student volunteers, who led them on small group tours of classrooms, labs, offices, studios and athletic facilities.

The new students also had the opportunity to make new friends, learn about school procedures and enjoy lunch in the cafeteria.

The Link Crew sessions are designed to help new students more smoothly transition to high school and give them a leg up when they start the school year on Monday, August 26.

Many thanks to our Link Crew student volunteers and teachers/advisors for making these students feel right at home at Penn Manor High School!
