The Loft Community Partnership is seeking volunteers for its Gather and Nourish Summer Lunch Program for Penn Manor students and families.
This new program is being funded by a grant provided by Kelloggs to combat student hunger over the summer. Volunteers will help pack and distribute up to 250 weekly food boxes at the Loft, located in the rear of St. Paul Lutheran Church, 222 N. George Street, Millersville.
Volunteer help is needed to pack boxes Wednesday mornings from 9 a.m. to noon. Additional opportunities to volunteer to support this program can be discussed with the team.
