Penn Manor High School and Manor Middle School have been identified by the PA Department of Education as Targeted Support & Improvement (TSI) schools, based on data indicating some students did not meet academic targets.
In response, Penn Manor has developed proposed improvement plans designed to increase academic growth for students receiving EL (English language) support and/or instruction at both schools.
The plan also addresses improvements to the overall student attendance rate.
