Penn Manor High School will continue to operate under a Blended Learning hybrid format through February 26. The school will follow the same schedule and in-school attendance format for students currently in use.
Due to schedule changes resulting from the Presidents Day holiday and Keystone Exam testing, specific weekly schedules will vary. The high school administration will continue to provide schedule updates to parents and students.
The Blended Learning format is being extended in response to increased COVID-19 cases in the high school community and updated requirements from the PA Departments of Health and Education. There are no changes to the learning formats at other Penn Manor schools at this time.
High school students will follow A and B schedules, with Group A attending in-person classes on Mondays and Tuesdays and Group B attending in person on Thursdays and Fridays. Any changes to these schedules will be communicated to parents and students.
Students will continue to receive daily live, remote video instruction on the days they are not physically in school. Students will receive links from their teachers on instruction.
A full return to in-person instruction has always been the goal of the school district, and planning and preparation have been ongoing to determine the proper method for a full return. As a result of additional space becoming available in the high school and in anticipation of warmer weather, Penn Manor High School is making plans for a return to full in-person instruction in March.
