Governor orders pause in co-curricular activities from Dec. 12 to Jan. 4

Governor Tom Wolf on Thursday announced new statewide restrictions that will pause all in-person school co-curricular activities from Saturday, December 12, until Monday, January 4.

The order means that Penn Manor and other school districts in Pennsylvania must suspend all athletics, student clubs and other co-curricular activities, except those that are held virtually. All in-person athletic contests and practices that were scheduled from December 12 to January 4 are now canceled.

Members of Penn Manor winter sports teams should expect to hear from their coaches regarding what individual training activities students may participate in during this pause in athletics.
