Students in the Varsity Club at Penn Manor High School will host “Ballin’ Against Bullying” on Sunday, March 27 at Penn Manor High School beginning at 12:00 noon in the gymnasium. This is a co-ed 3 on 3 basketball tournament. The goal of the tournament is to increase the awareness of bullying as well as to make students, staff and community members aware of the impact that bullying can have on others.
Students in grades 9 to 12, adult community members and staff are invited to register a team to participate in the tournament. Students can sign up in the cafeteria during lunches. Community members and staff can pick up a registration form in the main office of the high school, click here to download a form or they can email Varsity Club advisor, Kimberly Marsh, at Kimberly.firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost to register a team is $20.00. Spectators are welcome and will be charged $2.00. All proceeds from this event will be used to educate Penn Manor students and staff about bullying.
