Manor FFA Chapter sent seven Agricultural Proficiency Award applications to compete at the state level this spring.
Agricultural Proficiency Awards honor FFA members who, through Supervised Agricultural Experiences (SAE’s), have developed specialized skills they can apply toward their future careers. Students can receive Agricultural Proficiency Awards in entrepreneurship, placement, combined, and agriscience research.

- Ryan Brenneman – Vegetable Production
- Emily Burkhart – Small Animal Production & Care
- Sara Gehr – Specialty Crop Production (placement)
- Emily Railing – Diversified Agriculture
- Weston Shertzer – Dairy Production (placement)
Nate Frey was a State Finalist in the Agricultural Mechanics Repair & Maintenance (placement) and Lillian Walborn was a participant for the Diversified Livestock Production Award.
