Substitute Cafeteria Workers
Penn Manor School District is accepting applications for the following position-Substitute Cafeteria Worker. Substitutes must be available to work at any of ten school buildings in the School District on an “on call” basis. Excellent work environment. Nursing Substitute
RN’s and LPN’s needed for substitute school nurse and health room coverage in a public school setting. Responsibilities include assessment of injury, illness, and administration of medications and first aid. Penn Manor School District has immediate openings for substitute custodians for both first and second shifts. These are “on call” positions without a guarantee of work hours or building assignment. Clearances
All applicants must obtain the following clearances:
Act 34
A Pennsylvania State Police criminal history record must be submitted by the applicant. The criminal history record form must be first submitted to the Pennsylvania State Police. Click for Act 34

Act 114
A Federal Criminal history record must be submitted by the applicant. Please follow the procedures outlined at the following site to obtain this record.

The new employee must provide the PAE number and the verification form from the fingerprinting site to the appropriate personnel secretary. This form lists the registration number. The actual clearance is not mailed to the candidate. School district officials view the FBI report online using the PAE number issued to the candidate.
Act 151
The Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance must be completed and first submitted to the Department of Public Welfare. Click for Act 151
After receiving the clearances all professional position candidates should submit copies to PA Educator where they will be scanned and added to your credentials. If a candidate is employed by the district then original clearances that are no more than one year old must be presented to district office personnel for verification. Photocopies are not acceptable.
