Tax Certifications

Requests for tax certifications are now being processed by the Lancaster County Tax Collection Bureau. You can access their website here.

1.  The request for a tax certification should be emailed to RETaxInfo@LCTCB.org and must contain the following information:

  • Name of current owner
  • Property address
  • Tax map number (13 digit parcel number)
  • Settlement date
  • Return email or fax number

2.  The tax certification fee is $25.00.  Checks are to be made payable to: LCTCB Real Estate Tax Group.

3.   Mail both the request and the certification fee to:

4.  Tax Certifications will be returned by email or faxed to the number provided on your request.

If any of the information requested is missing, the request will be returned, thus delaying the certification.
