Penn Manor welcomes 30 new staff members

Penn Manor welcomed 20 new teachers for the 2017-2018 school year during New Teacher Orientation Day, held Tuesday, Aug. 8, at Manor Middle School.

In all, 30 professional staff members have been hired for the coming year. Some of the teachers previously served in long-term substitute positions at Penn Manor schools, but the others are completely new to Penn Manor. The new staff, pending school board approval, includes:

Conestoga
Krista Eby, grade 1.

Central Manor Elementary
Aliza Becker, grade 6; Cristen Appel, grade 1; Paige Martin, learning support; Anna Raneiri, learning support; Emily Tracy, speech and language impaired.

Conestoga/Eshleman
Kailey Brennan, music; Morgan Fasnacht, art.

Hambright
Megan Binkley, kindergarten; Ashley Brubaker, music; Brandon Leinbach, grade 1; Morgan Stepanchick, learning support; Kathleen Myers, grade 1.

Martic
Vicki Fafel, grade 6; Jeb Thompson, grade 2.

Pequea
Caroline Lovett, grade 4; Grace Painter, grade 2; Danielle Zook, learning support/life skills, grades 1-3.

Manor MS
Courtney Heiser, mathematics.

Marticville/Manor MS
Brittney Anderson, school nurse.
