Penn Manor’s IT team is in search of a talented Technology Systems Specialist to install, maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software for teachers, staff and students in a complex, multi-platform, mixed-vendor academic setting. Excellent customer service abilities, superior communication skills and a self-driven work ethic are essential. A degree in a related field, 2 to 3 years Mac, Linux and Windows support experience and a desire to create exceptional customer support experiences are required.
