New High-Tech Wrinkle at MU, Penn Manor

In the old days, Johnny wrote his report with a pen and pencil, then a computer. But at Penn Manor School District, interactive video will soon be the norm.
Using an underground boring device called a "mole," Penn Manor tunneled 225 feet Saturday to provide a pathway for a high-speed, fiber-optic line connecting the high school to Millersville University. The connection is part of a new technology partnership between the district and MU, called the "Digital Alliance”
