Each of us has the option and the responsibility to decide what kind of future we want. Do we want a future
characterized by active living or one marked by symptoms and declining energy? During Health education I use the term WELLNESS. Your wellness is largely determined by the decisions you make. My goal for our health unit is to show students how to make good choices that will enable them to live life fully.
