Welcome to our home page!  Manor Middle School is one of two middle schools in the Penn Manor School District. A student population of 570 is divided among 7th and 8th grades. We are located in a semi-rural area of suburban Lancaster County in Pennsylvania. Although we are adjacent to the city of Lancaster, the school draws children from Manor Township, one of Lancaster County's prime farming communities. Close proximity of major hospitals, Millersville University, museums and sporting venues provides a wide range of economic and social influences that impact our students.
 
Manor Middle School is dedicated to the educational success of each child. Our outstanding staff works hard to communicate with parents and to provide a truly collaborative learning environment. We operate within a middle school philosophy with heterogeneously grouped students moving from class to class together. Academic teams are comprised of five sections taught by the five academic teachers. The Cultural Arts team provides our students with a variety of courses in Health and Physical Education, Art, Music, Family and Consumer Sciences as well as courses in Technology and Computer Applications.
 
During their two years at Manor, students may participate in a variety of co-curricular activities including band, chorus and orchestra. Programs for gifted students comprise adaptations within a gifted student's classes as well as clubs for the gifted and special pull out classes with topics such as robotics and the Science of Art.
