Extra Credit

Yes-- there is a way to get extra credit!
It must be presented at least one week prior to the end of a marking period to be counted into the current marking period.

There are 2 methods

Method 1:
A. Bring in an article from the newspaper, magazine, internet about art, an artist, an exhibit ... (the Sunday Newspaper under the Entertainment section is a good place to look)
B. Write a short synopsis of the article: Who, what, where,when,how....
C. Present the information to the class

Method 2:
A. Visit an art museum or art exhibit
B. Bring back a flyer / pamphlet from the exhibit & write a short synopsis of your visit
C. Take a few minutes to talk about it to the class
