Hi! My name is Sue Walkowiak. I've been teaching in the Penn Manor School District since 1975. I graduated from Millersville University that same year and moved to Lancaster from suburban Philadelphia. My teaching experience has included kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. Currently, I teach first grade at Conestoga Elementary School. First graders are the best!

In my spare time, I enjoy my family, traveling, sports, cooking, and reading. My husband works for Ken's Foods, a job which requires a lot of traveling. I've been fortunate enough to join him on various business trips as well as vacation. Our two daughters are teenagers now, which is special and challenging at times. Our family is very active and involved. This certainly keeps life interesting!
