Superintendent of Schools

Don Stewart serves the Penn Manor School District as Superintendent. The
School Board appointed him to this position in July of 2002. During his 18 years
in the district, Mr. Stewart held the position of Administrative Assistant for
Personnel and Planning from 1999 to 2002. In addition, he was an elementary principal
at Hambright and Eshleman and principal at Marticville Middle School. Mr. Stewart
holds a Masters degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Pennsylvania Superintendent’s
Letter of Eligibility from Temple University. A former high school English teacher,
Don is married to a fourth grade teacher, Nancy, and has two children, Flynn
and Alexis, who both graduated from Penn Manor. (Mr.

Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction
Ellen Pollock is the
Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for the Penn
Manor School
District. She earned her Principal’s
Certificate and Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility from the
University of Penn. Previously, Ms. Pollock served the district as
Pequea Elementary’s principal for 3 years, Marticville Middle
School’s principal for 3 years and assistant principal for 1-1/2
years. She was an English teacher at Penn Manor High School for 11
years and at Marticville Middle for 5-1/2 years. Ms. Pollock is a
member of the high school Student Assistance Team, Lancaster Rotary

Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Planning
Mike Leichliter is
the Assistant Superintendent for Personnel and Planning. He joined the Penn Manor School
District in August 1997 as an assistant principal at Penn Manor High
School. He served as principal at Manor Middle School from 2000 until July 2006 when he assumed his current position. He was a social
studies teacher for the York City School District from 1991-1997. Dr.
Leichliter earned his Bachelor’s degree from Grove City College, a Masters in School Administration from Western Maryland College and his Ed.D. from Widener University. Dr. Leichliter and
his wife, Mary Edith, have three children Noah, Maura, and Sydney.

Business Manager
Chris Johnston serves
the Penn Manor School District as the Business Manager.
The Business Manager is in charge of all the business,
financial, and budget matters of the district. He is also responsible
for directing services that support the instructional program. These
services include management and effective utilization of fiscal, personnel,
material, and physical resources. Mr. Johnston has been with Penn Manor
School District since 1996 serving first as Accountant and then as Assistant
Business Manager. Mr. Johnston earned a Bachelor’s degree from
Bloomsburg University and a Certificate of Achievement in Accounting
from Franklin & Marshall College. He lives in West Lampeter Township
with his wife Trish and sons Michael and Sam.
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Skrocki serves the Penn Manor School District as Administrative Assistant for Planning and Operations. The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for acquiring grants and alternate forms of funding, implementation of the public information program, technological initiatives, employee benefits including healthcare programs, supervising the district’s maintenance, custodial and construction operations, and serving as the primary liaison with the Penn Manor Education Foundation. Mr. Skrocki has been with Penn Manor School District since 1996 serving as the Administrative Assistant for Business until 2004. Mr. Skrocki earned a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and an MBA in finance from Kutztown University. He is a Pennsylvania Registered School Business Administrator and a former recipient of the prestigious Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials Award of Achievement. Mr. Skrocki is a member of the Spring Township (Berks County) Planning Commission, a den leader for Cub Scout Pack 410, a member of Lancaster South Rotary, and an ex officio member of the Penn Manor Education Foundation. Technology
Director
Charlie Reisinger is the Technology
Director for Penn Manor School District where he manages the district's
technology infrastructure, websites, staff and programs. Since 1999,
Mr. Reisinger and his team have launched numerous unique and award winning
technology initiatives including: online grade access for students and
parents, a community discount computer purchase program, Lancaster
County’s only High School Commencement and Budget video webcasts,
technology partnerships with Millersville University, online digital-classrooms and wide-scale
student computer building projects. Mr. Reisinger holds a B.A. in Psychology
from Millersville University, various technical certifications from Cisco,
Microsoft, and Apple and a M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology
from Philadelphia University. He is a Penn Manor graduate and has over
12 years experience with information technology in K-12 education, higher

Director
of Student Services
Beth Campagna serves
the Penn Manor School District as Director of Special Services. As
Director of Special Services, she provides leadership in the development,
coordination and implementation of the special education instructional
programs K-12. Mrs. Campagna began her career at the Lancaster-Lebanon
IU 13 where she worked for nineteen years; nine as a special education
teacher and ten as a special education consultant. Mrs. Campagna
earned her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Bloomsburg
University and her Masters in Counselor Education from Millersville
University. Mrs. Campagna and her husband Chuck and three sons, Matthew,
Jeffrey and Peter live in Lancaster.
High
School Principal
Jan Mindish is the Principal
of Penn Manor High School. She has served the district in that capacity
since 1997. Dr. Mindish joined the district in 1972 as an elementa
ry
art teacher. In 1978, she moved to the high school as an art/photography
teacher. Shewas named Art Department Coordinator in 1989, Foreign
Language Department Coordinator in 1993, and English Department Coordinator
in 1994. In 1993 she became an assistant high school principal. Dr.
Mindish earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from Millersville
University; a Masters in Education from Millersville University,Secondary
Administration, Principal’s Certification from Penn State University
and recently received her Doctor of Education in School Administration
from Widener University. Dr. Mindish is a member of ASCD, Phi Delta
Kappa, NASSP, PASSP and serves on the Executive Board of Lancaster-Lebanon
Principals Association.
Manor
Middle School Principal
Dana Edwards is the Principal of Manor Middle School. He joined the Penn Manor School District in August 2002 as the Assistant Principal at Manor Middle School. Mr. Edwards served as a Health and Physical Education teacher and an athletic trainer for the Pequea Valley School District
from 1993-2002. He earned two Bachelor's degrees from Lock Haven University, a Masters in Education from Millersville University, and an Administration Certificate from Penn State University. Mr. Edwards and his wife, Amy, have three sons.
Marticville
Middle School Principal
Anne Carroll is the
Principal of Marticville Middle School. She held the position of Dean
of Students
at Manor Middle School from July 2000
to 2002. Mrs. Carroll is also the Science Coordinator for grades K-8.
She began her career in the Penn Manor School District in July 1994
as an eighth grade science teacher at Manor Middle School. She earned
her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University
of Delaware and a Certification in Secondary Education from Millersville
University as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, Certification
in Science Supervision and a Certification in Principalship. Mrs. Carroll
and her husband, Andrew, live in Lancaster.
Ann
LeTort Principal
Trisha Pearson is
the Principal of Ann LeTort Elementary and the Gifted Coordinator for
the Penn Manor School District. She began her teaching career in 1989
in the Downingtown School District. Mrs. Pearson joined Penn Manor
in 1993 and has been a third grade teacher at Conestoga Elementary
and a first grade teacher at Hambright Elementary. She earned a Bachelor’s
degree in Elementary Education from Shippensburg University, a Masters
degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University and a Principal
Certification from Penn State University. She and her husband, Gregg,
have two sons, Kyle and Ryan.
Central
Manor Principal
Deb Holt is the
Principal of Central Manor Elementary. Mrs. Holt started
her career in the Penn Manor School District in 1976 as a
first grade teacher at Conestoga Elementary. After twelve
years, she moved to sixth grade at Central Manor Elementary.
In 1992, she assumed the position of elementary principal.
Mrs. Holt graduated from Shippensburg University with an
Elementary Education and Library degree and from Temple University
with a Master's degree in Educational Administration. She
and her husband, Paul, have three children. Twins Meredith
and Jonathan and son Nicholas all graduated from Penn Manor High School.
Conestoga
Principal
Daniel Martino is
the Principal of Conestoga Elementary. Previously
he served as an assistant principal at the high school. Before
joining the Penn Manor School District in 2000, Mr. Martino
taught fourth and sixth grades and was named First Year Teacher
of the Year in Baltimore County. He earned a Bachelor’s
degree in Business and also in Economics from the University
of Pittsburgh as well as an Elementary Education Certification.
He earned a Masters of Education from Millersville University
and an Administration Certification from Penn State University.
Mr. Martino and his wife Elke live in Willow Street with
their two daughters, Gabrielle and Alexandra.
Hambright
Principal
Jerry Egan is the Principal of Hambright Elementary. Previously he was the assistant principal at Marticville Middle School and Manor Middle School. Mr. Egan earned both a Bachelor's degree and a Masters degree from Millersville University. He joined the Penn Manor team in 1999 as a learning support teacher. Mr. Egan taught at Martic and Letort Elementary Schools as well as Marticville Middle School. Mr. Egan and his wife, Pam, have a son, Gavin.

Martic Principal
Vickie
Hallock is the Principal of
Martic Elementary. Previously she was principal of Conestoga Elementary
for 3 years. Mrs. Hallock earned a Bachelor’s degree in Art
Education and a Masters degree in Elementary Education from Millersville
University. She received her Principal’s Certification from
Penn State University. Mrs. Hallock began her teaching career in
1979 at Steelton-Highspire School District as an elementary and
middle school art teacher. In 1985 she came to the Penn Manor School
District to teach art. She has also taught second grade at Central
Manor Elementary, kindergarten and 3rd grade. She is married to
Pat Hallock who is superintendent in the Pequea Valley
School District and has two children, Patrick and Jenna.
Pequea
Principal
Jennifer Sugra is
the Principal of Pequea Elementary School. From 1994 to 2000 Mrs. Sugra was a fifth grade teacher in the district. She
earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary
Education from Bloomsburg University, her Masters
from Millersville University and her Educational
Administration degree from Penn State University.
She is currently enrolled at Widener University.
Mrs. Sugra is a 1989 Penn Manor High School graduate.
She and her husband Chris live in Millersville
with their daughters Anna, Lily and Maya.
Eshleman
Principal
John A. Matusek, Jr. is the Principal of Eshleman Elementary. He
also serves the district as the Elementary Math coordinator and ESL coordinator.
Mr. Matusek began his teaching career in 1991 and has been employed by
the Penn Manor School District ever since. He spent 11 years as a 6th grade
teacher at Central Manor Elementary. He was also a teacher of the elementary
gifted and served as a substitute
principal of Pequea Elementary during his tenure. Mr. Matusek earned his bachelor’s
degree in Elementary Education from Millersville University. He completed
graduate work through Wilkes University
and Gratz College. He earned his Educational Administration degree from Penn
State University.
