Girls Soccer Team to Play in State Championship Game

Congratulations to Coach Bill Zapata and the Girls Soccer team on their thrilling 1-0 overtime win over Lower Dauphin Thursday night at Hershey Park Stadium in the PIAA State Championship semi-final game. That advances the Comets to the State Championship game against Cumberland Valley on Saturday, June 11 at 11:00 am at Hershey Park Stadium.  Coach Zapata, is stepping down as Head Girls Soccer Coach at the end of this season. This will be the 3rd time in his tenure as head coach that he has a team playing in the State Championship game. The team is 2 for 2 in their previous two tries and hope to make it 3 for 3 on Saturday.  Good luck to Coach Zapata and the team! Tickets are $6 adult and $3 student on Saturday and can be purchased at the Stadium. Come out and support the soccer team.
